OM3000 Pro Portable VOC Analyzer for LDAR & Leak Detection

The OM3000 Pro is an upgraded version of the OM3000. It replaces the high-pressure gas cylinder of the OM3000 with a solid-state hydrogen storage alloy + hydrogen generator, making refueling more convenient and safer. Equipped with a standard FID detector and an optional PID detector, it is highly suitable for LDAR detection and responds to nearly all volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as well as certain inorganic gases that produce odors.

Product Introduction

The OM3000 Pro is an upgraded version of the OM3000, replacing its high-pressure gas cylinder with a solid-state hydrogen storage alloy + hydrogen generator, making refueling more convenient and safer.

Built-in large battery with a runtime of ≥10 hours at room temperature.

Large-capacity plug-in hydrogen storage alloy carrier gas cylinder with a endurance time of ≥10 hours at room temperature;

  • Smart reminder:

Proactive alert features: battery life, excessive leakage, airway abnormalities, consumable replacement, and maintenance reminders.

  • Low oxygen does not cause engine stall:

Dual ignition system with automatic ignition upon flameout detection, ensuring stable ignition in low-temperature environments.

The sample gas and the combustion gas are controlled separately, and the flame will not be extinguished in the low oxygen environment.

  • Auto Clean:

Automatic purging of gas lines during startup/shutdown to extend equipment lifespan.

  • Data accuracy:

Built-in EPC precision control ensures constant gas flow and stable sampling volume.

The FID’s independent chamber anti-interference design ensures accurate measurement data.

  • Secure and convenient:

The entire machine features both flameproof and intrinsically safe designs, with the Ex db[ia Ga] IIC T4 Gb certification.

The application of hydrogen storage alloy makes the instrument can be transported and mailed safely.

  • Feature extension:

The system retains a sensor interface and can optionally be equipped with oxygen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide sensors to enable multi-parameter detection.

Dual-mode communication with built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules, and open software data interface access.

Optional camera-equipped sampling probe for monitoring and managing the quality of detection work.

RFID electronic tags are optional, which can be integrated with the instrument inventory management platform software to enable intelligent instrument management.
