Anhui Aoma Intelligent Showcases Four Star Products at the 5th Petroleum & Petrochemical HSE Conference, Drawing Attention with “Sky-Ground Integrated” VOCs Management Solution
Release time: 2025-10-30
Beijing, October 17, 2025—The three-day 5th China Petroleum & Petrochemical Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Technology Exchange Conference concluded successfully in Beijing. Anhui Aoma Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aoma Intelligent”) made a remarkable appearance with its four star portable total hydrocarbon analyzer products—X5, M1, M2, and M3. The company’s technical director delivered a thematic report on stage, garnering significant industry attention with breakthrough VOCs detection technology and the “sky-ground integrated” solution.

Launch of Four Star Products Addressing Industry Detection Pain Points
In the technical equipment exhibition area held concurrently with the conference, Aoma Intelligent’s booth became a focal point with its differentiated product matrix. All four star products were developed to address the pain points of VOCs fugitive leakage detection in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, showcasing innovative applications of FID (Flame Ionization Detector) technology:

– X5 Portable Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer: Equipped with patented low-temperature co-fired ceramic micro-FID core technology, integrated with an AI intelligent detection assistant and audio-visual traceability functions, it can identify the type and severity of VOCs leaks in real time. Combined with low-pressure solid-state hydrogen storage alloy technology, it completely eliminates the safety hazards associated with traditional FID reliance on high-pressure hydrogen, with battery life extended over three times compared to similar products.
– M1 Portable Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer (with module): Building on the advantages of the family’s FID detection technology, it is paired with drones and robotic dogs for high-altitude and hard-to-reach scenarios.
– M2 Handheld Detector:As the industry’s first portable FID device weighing less than 1 kg, it integrates automatic calibration and cloud data synchronization, enabling leak detection without the need for professional operators. In scenarios such as gas stations and oil storage depots, it allows for “grab-and-test, real-time data upload,” significantly improving inspection efficiency.
– M3 LDAR-Specific Analyzer: Designed specifically for Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) work, it supports replaceable hydrogen storage cylinders and batteries, meeting the demands of eight-hour continuous operation. It helps enterprises achieve closed-loop management of leakage data.

All four products break through the industry bottleneck of relying on high-pressure hydrogen. By integrating hydrogen storage alloy technology with intelligent algorithms, they achieve a safe, precise, and efficient detection closed loop. During live demonstrations at the event, the accuracy and convenience of the devices earned praise from technical teams of central enterprises such as PetroChina and Sinopec.
Thematic Report Offers Industry Insights, Technical Approach Gains Recognition
On the morning of October 17, Aoma Intelligent’s technical director was invited to deliver a thematic report titled “Sky-Ground Integrated Management Solution for VOCs Fugitive Leakage Emissions Based on FID Detection Technology.” The report provided a new path for VOCs management from three perspectives: technical logic, solution architecture, and practical cases:
– The “sky” dimension relies on drones equipped with micro-FID modules to achieve rapid scanning of large areas such as refinery zones and oil and gas tank farms.
– The “space” dimension links satellite remote sensing data to monitor regional VOCs concentration distribution trends.
– The “ground” dimension focuses on portable devices like the X5 and M2 to accomplish precise leak point localization and quantitative analysis, forming a three-tier management system of “macro-monitoring, meso-scanning, and micro-localization.”

During the report, Zhang Kun shared a case study of a large refinery enterprise. By deploying the “sky-ground integrated” solution, the enterprise increased its VOCs leak identification rate to 98%, reduced leak repair response time by 60%, and achieved an annual reduction of approximately 120 tons of VOCs emissions. The related data gained recognition from ecological and environmental authorities and industry experts.
After the report, Zhang Kun engaged in in-depth discussions with participating enterprise representatives on the implementation details of the solution. Multiple enterprises expressed interest in collaboration, hoping to drive the digital upgrade of their HSE management through technological partnerships.

Anchoring Industry Needs, Continuously Leading Technological Upgrades
As a national high-tech enterprise specializing in VOCs detection technology R&D, Aoma Intelligent’s participation in this conference not only demonstrated the synergistic innovation capabilities of its products and solutions but also conveyed its determination to deepen its commitment to the petroleum and petrochemical HSE sector. “The petroleum and petrochemical industry is a critical area for VOCs management. Aoma Intelligent will continue to focus on FID technology, enhance the scenario adaptability of the ‘sky-ground integrated’ solution, and provide more efficient and safer environmental technology support for the industry.”
It is reported that the 5th China Petroleum & Petrochemical HSE Technology Exchange Conference was jointly organized by the Chinese Petroleum Society and the China Academy of Safety Science and Technology. It brought together over 300 enterprises and more than 500 industry experts to explore HSE technological innovation and green development pathways. Aoma Intelligent’s product showcase and solution release at this event provided a replicable and scalable practical model for VOCs fugitive emission management in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
